Overview

This privacy policy applies to the Timely Traveler app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by MOLT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LTD (collectively, the “Application”). MOLT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LTD is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol information, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted to support network connectivity. This information is not retained or used for tracking.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

No. The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Since the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, no data is shared with third parties.

What are my opt-out rights?

Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.

If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily submit information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting jasper74thornton@gmail.com.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Since no personal information is collected during normal use, children’s information is not exposed by use of the Application alone. If information is voluntarily provided by other means and the person is under 13, parent or guardian consent is required where permitted by law.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data in ordinary use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. Even so, no system can be guaranteed completely secure. The Service Provider maintains reasonable safeguards for systems and any data it may hold.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the risk of a personal data breach is minimal. If a breach involves information you voluntarily supplied, the Service Provider will provide notice when required by law.

Data Retention

The Application does not ordinarily collect personal information, so there is generally no personal data retained through everyday use.

If you voluntarily provide information directly to the Service Provider, it may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Data Deletion

If you have directly shared information with the Service Provider and want it removed, you may request deletion by emailing jasper74thornton@gmail.com.

Reasonable steps will be taken to delete or anonymize the information unless retention is required or permitted by law.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by publishing an updated policy together with an effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information and processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
